Day 13: Your favorite cast member.
Munro Chambers. No shock here right? I support Munro with everything I have in me, and not just because he’s a cute face. He’s a phenomenal actor, incredible for his age. There’s no denying how amazing he actually is. You can tell he puts so much into every single scene and role he does. But no matter how serious his roles get, his range is so vast that he’s also so great at playing a goofy kid with the ability to make us all laugh. He’s come so far since The Latest Buzz gaining fans not only that, but also from his role as Eli as well as becoming one of the most popular characters. You may not like him as Eli but no matter how big of a dislike you may have, there’s no denying his acting skills. Also can’t forget his amazing personality and how he seems to be one of the nicest guys in the world. And he’s so good to his fans too. He psychs us up for episodes, is so humble about everything and he made a twitter for us which was a huge step, considering he said he never wanted to have one. He’s just an all around great guy. Sure he has worse spelling mistakes than a 5th grader sometimes, but that just shows how normal he actually is. He’s got a smile that could light up an entire room and obviously he’s doing something right with the thousands of girls who swoon over him. So basically, I adore him. And if being a fan of him automatically makes me a “fangirl” in some people’s eyes, then fuck it. I’m a fangirl and proud and will support him 1000%. Munro Chambers is going to take the world by storm and I can’t wait to see it happen.

Day 11: A scene that made you smile.

“Clare, in theory all guys wanna hook up with a cute girl like you… it’s like physics.”

I loved seeing Clare and Fitz interact. I mean obviously I have love for Flare, but that aside I think it was cute to see them in a scene together where Fitz was actually being sweet. It was nice seeing this side of him. It was like the calm before the storm and I feel like his sweet side for Clare was far too short lived. But it made me smile and it still does every time I see it :) Even if you’re not a fan of Flare you have to admit it was a cute scene.

Day 10: A scene that made you cry.

Momma Guthrie: Hi. Are you here to stay?
KC: I’m scared mom.
Momma Guthrie: Me too. But it’s gonna be better this time, so much better. You’re probably hungry. I have chicken wings and pizza. I wanted to make sure I had all your favorites just in case… did I do something wrong? No? Well then let’s get out of the hallway and have dinner. And then maybe after we can discuss the drinking and why it’s not okay to key the teachers car.
KC: You’re not gonna let me off easy are you?
Momma Guthrie: What kind of mom would I be?
KC: …Mom? I really missed you.

Day 7: Your favorite friendship.

Eli and Adam. The power duo. Best friends and the most epic bromance Degrassi has ever seen. I love how protective they are of each other and completely supportive of one another. I absolutely love Eli’s reaction to hearing about Adam being transgender and how Adam kept Eli’s secret and was still there for him. They’re amazing. I adore them so much. 

Day 6: Your favorite plot.
“I’m a guy like, 100% dude… but I was born in a girls body.”

Adam’s transgender storyline is one of the greatest storylines I think they’ve ever had on the show. Not to mention he is one of the best characters they’ve had thus far. For Degrassi to take the step and have such a controversal plot was amazing and I’m really glad they did. It’s something they’ve never done before and it’s really great to see how they’ve decided to play it out. My Body Is a Cage was an incredible episode. Seeing how Bianca treated Adam when finding out he was trans, seeing the way Drew protected him, the way his mother was struggling to accept him for who he is and his self harming to hide the pain he felt… everything about it is perfect. Jordan plays the part so well and has made millions of us fall in love with the character. I really hope that the part of Adam has helped others out there, though I’m sure it has.

Day 5: Your favorite Scene.

“Someone’s gotta shut you up.” 

The hallway scene in All Falls Down Part two is amazing. This scene has me on the edge of my seat and on the verge of tears everytime I watch it. It’s so intense and hands down one of the best moments of the entire season. The music and the acting, all of it is incredible. I could watch it over and over again and never get tired of it because I love it that much. Nothing else this season even compares.

Day 4: Your favorite fall/In Too Deep episode.
“That’s me, your rock.” - “Oh my god I can’t wear a hair net.” - “It was your first mosh pit baby.” - “We’ve been trying to get a girl into Eli’s room for a while now.” - “I got the memo.” - “What do you know about girls anyhow?” - ” I’m losing everything I love.” - “Not me, I’m not going anywhere.” - “Let’s go get some fries.” - “I wanna spend the night with you.” - “Or was your girlfriend turned on by rejection?” - “What a pigsty.” - “You’re not going there okay so put a sock in it!” - “I can’t believe this!.” - “I guess somehow we just let you get a little bit lost.” - “Don’t taze me bro.” - “I want you to not give up on me, you’re the only thing that makes me feel like I could ever get better.” - “Well then I guess you’re stuck with me, just like you said I was stuck with you.”

Day 3: Your favorite Boiling Point Episode.

You win.” - ”Please, don’t do this.” - ”Someone’s gotta shut you up.” - ”When you all get back from break, you won’t recognize this school at all.”

Day 2: Your favorite ship.
Not to be completely predictable, but I love Eli and Clare. I love their interaction and I love their chemistry and pretty much every story line the two of them have had together. I love how supportive they’ve been of each other and I even love seeing their relationship play out, even though it doesn’t seem to be going in the right direction at the moment. I don’t analyze their entire relationship like everyone, so it being ‘unhealthy’ isn’t a factor in this decision. I think the two of them genuinely seem happy together. A really cute high school relationship that, besides all of the intense drama, seems really realistic and just sweet. Also, Munro and Aislinn are both incredible actors and really sell it well. I love them. They make me smile, laugh, and completely stressed out half the time. But there’s something about them that keeps me entertained and millions of others. They’re wonderful ♥
